Promoting PACO and Paralegals

The Public Relations Committee’s primary purpose is to communicate information to the community about the Paralegal Association of Central Ohio to create interest, support, and involvement with our organization and its members. PACO is active in Columbus Bar Association events, Ohio Sate Bar Association events and charity fund-raising events to show our support and foster our public awareness. Additionally, the PR Committee works to promote PACO Relations within the membership by scheduling social events, such as our quarterly Happy Hours, to bring together paralegals in a strictly social setting after work hours.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Sustaining members have played a vital and important role in the ongoing success of PACO. We could not continue to provide the level of services to our members without the valuable help and support you offer to our programs. It is with this tandem effort that we have watched our associations grow in recent years. In following suit with other paralegal associations throughout our region, PACO would like to extend an offer to our sustaining members, and those interested in becoming sustaining members, to sponsor lunch for our members at our general membership meetings. These meetings are held the third Monday of the month at the Columbus Bar Association.

For $350, this opportunity will include:

Your company/organization’s name to be spotlighted in our invitation,
A boxed lunch from Potbelly’s for 60 members (first come first serve),
The opportunity to greet and market to the members while they arrive, and
A 10-minute presentation at the beginning of the meeting.

The attendance at our meetings has increased over the last year to well over 80 members in attendance at each meeting, and is still growing. Our current membership is at over 350 members strong. This sponsorship opportunity provides an unparallel platform in the Central Ohio legal community to market to paralegals.
