Bylaws:Any amendment to the Regulations of the Association shall be presented to the membership for approval by this committee. bylaws@pacoparalegals.org Continuing Legal Education: This committee shall help to provide understanding and the solution of problems relating to the work and duties performed by the members of the Association and in the education, counseling and training of said members. cle@pacoparalegals.org Job Bank: The committee shall see that information regarding job openings is distributed through publications of the Association and endeavor to make employers and others aware that such service is available. jobbank@pacoparalegals.org Membership: This committee shall recruit new members and present to the Executive Board all applications for determination of voting status. membership@pacoparalegals.org Publications: This committee shall publish a monthly calendar of events and other publications. publications@pacoparalegals.org Program: This committee shall plan and provide the program for all Regular Meetings of the Association. program@pacoparalegals.org Public Relations: The committee shall provide and arrange for all publicity relative to the activities of the Association. pr@pacoparalegals.org Elections: A short term committee assists in the recruitment and election process for the Executive Board. elections@pacoparalegals.org Professional Development: This committee shall monitor legislation, and address issues concerning the profession. pd@pacoparalegals.org Professional Ethics and Standards: Upholds the canons and purposes of PACO. PESC@pacoparalegals.org Pro Bono: This committee shall plan and provide for all pro bono activities of the association, includes charitable causes and assisting attorneys. probono@pacoparalegals.org Web Site: This committee is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the maintenance of PACO’s web-site by Columbus Bar Association. website@pacoparalegals.org Student Liaison: The committee creates, develops and implements student scholarships, Student Drives, speakers bureau, mentoring program. students@pacoparalegals.org Special Committees: AD HOC as determined by The Executive Board.
